I feel really f-ing good about my workouts and I am going to attempt to keep up with this daggone log.

5:40pm: 1 mile warm up on treadmill in 8:25

6PM no limits circuit class:

WU: 50 sec plank holding dumbells (5 lbs each), 50 sec of plank position dumbell pulls, 50 sec plank holding dumbells, 50 seconds of "walking" the dumbells in towards my feet and then walking them back out into plank position, 50 sec of plank position, 50 sec of lunges, 50 sec plank holding dumbells, 50 sec of squats thrusts with dumbells... repeated twice

WO: Outside we went... 2 x 1/4 mile sprints.  5 pushups followed by a 1/8ish mile sprint... repeated 5 times.  10 squats followed by a 1/8 mile sprint... repeated 6 times (ending in 10 squats).  2 more 1/4 mile sprints.  (2.38 miles total running outside)  Back inside for one more set of the above warm up.  1 minute of plain situps.  1 min of jack knife situps.
