5:25 morning run around Sugarland with my dog - 2.8 miles in 26:42
I woke up at 5:15am and I realized that I overslept and I was going to miss my morning No Limits Circuit class
So I got out of bed and went running instead - good, but not what I wanted to do this morning!
5:25pm 2 miles on the treadmill while watching the Olympic swimming trials 18:08
6:00pm-7:00pm barbell class

Partner work - my partner was awesome!
20 plank position dumbell raises while my partner did plank in and outs with the sliders, then switch - I did plank in and outs while she did 20 plank position dumbell raises - repeat 4 times

20 tricep presses while my partner plank leg swings with the sliders, then switch - I did plank leg swings and she did 20 tricep presses - repeat 4 times

And outside we went
20 bicep curls while my partner held plank position then switch - I held plank and she did 20 bicep curls, then put a resistance band around partners waist and she ran a quarter mile while I jogged behind, pulling on the resistance band. 20 presses with resistance band while my partner held plank then switch - I held plank while she did 20 presses. The resistance band then went around my waist and she pulled on it while I ran back - repeat entire thing 5x.
20 tricep dips while my partner held plank then switch - I held plank while my partner did 20 tricep dips and then same thing with the resistance band - but she jogged backwards this time. 20 raises with resistance band while my partner held plank then switch - I held plank while my partner did 20 raises. Jog backwards while my partner pulled on the resistance band - repeat entire thing 5x.
and then we all lined up. My partner did 10 pushups and then sprinted to the other side of the parking lot. I did 10 and sprinted behind her. She did 8 pushups and sprinted back, I did 8 and sprinted back, repeat doing 6, then 4, then 2 pushups and sprinting each time.
Then 10 squat jumps, sprint, 8 squat jumps, sprint, then 6, 4, 2, sprinting in between each.
Then it was burpee time... but our instructor realized that it was 6:58 and the class ends at 7 so we all rushed inside for a quick stretch.

Helped Laura pack all of her stuff/moved her boxes out of the house and into the garage/started re-organizing things in the house to take advantage of the newly open space.
Ran one loop around Sugarland: 29:10.

Raced home from work and was able to mow the lawn and work on the garden before the skies opened up.
