I get the legs checked out tonight, I'm still hopefull of making it to the Alloa HM this Sunday.

Ok, got the go ahead. Basically I need to do lots and lots of stretching. The problem is caused by a lack of mobility in the achilles and calf. After the race I need to ice my legs and continue to work on stretching.
