Missed out on the run this morning - legs still sore.

750m swim TT tomorrow, I'm trying to figure out what my target time is.

OK calculations finished - I'm looking for sub 12min, for the record thats 48s 50m's. I haven't done many TT's at this distance, the best I can remember is around 12:15
