I would have swam longer, but I got talking to Brett Daniels and had to scoot. It was amazing how much harder I had to work to swim 1:42 per 100m vs. 1:50.
The tread mill was boring but flat. My knee felt fine.

Running or swimming today. My right knee still feels a bit odd. Like I slept on it wrong.
I went for a short run at the rec. Everything felt great and I was dreaming of a 13 mile run this weekend until I went down a steep hill and my knee started to hurt. Hmmmm. More rest.

I'm going to try and do some running today.
Lucky for me Steph had a meeting downtown and I was able to get this run in. I wasn't excited about trying to get it in with a sick child in a stroller.
I'm feeling pretty good. i have a little ITB pain in my right knee, but it seems to just stay in the background. I often feel slight pain in my knees/hips/feet in the first 5 miles of my runs, and this might just be I'm not loosened up.
