I got myself good and dehydrated again. I need a watch that says "drink some water dumb ass" every 15 mins + I need some way of making myself actually bring enough water. I have 4 bottle cages, but rolled out for the last 50 miles with only 2 bottles of H2O. You can't fix stupid.
