On spin bike at gym. Felt much easier than pace listed above. I think the bike is giving me some extra miles. So road miles and indoor miles are different.

Run walked on the treadmill. Too thirsty to do much more. This is going to sound weird, but I am going to try and get my body used to running 7mph and get comfy with that by incorporating walk breaks and slowly taking those walk breaks away. Might work. Might not, whatever. That is why this is the off season. I think it will help bring up my volume if nothing else. Feet feel pretty good. Wore my arch supports again. Noticed a little tiny bit of bruised feeling in right arch, but nothing I couldn't run through. Everything else felt great.
RUN WALK ON THE TREADMILL BEFORE WORK. LEGS FELT GREAT BUT FEET HURT. ARCHES STILL FEEL BRUISED FROM NEW ORTHOTICS. ID WEAR THEM OVER AGAIN TOO. 6MPH FELT FAST.
