Run after the bike down the center of campus to University to Preston to Lovers' Lane cross Hillrest to Airline and back down the middle of campus. Felt like we were going down hill down Lover's definitely picked up the pace on that stretch.

1st swim lesson. He said my stroke was really good, but that I could strengthen my kick, even with the longer distances. But where my free was a 5 he checked out my butterfly for kicks and it was a 3. Feet out too wide and too deep on the entry too much up and down not enough forward motion.
I could really see a difference in Amber's stroke afterward.
I am still really tired. Got home from work at 10:15 last night and had to be back at SMU before practice at 7. I do love my job though. Just would also love a nap.

wp with the girls before their weights session. Bit frustrated this morning. One of the girls didn't show up, didn't call, I lost my phone, had to borrow one, Amber was pissed off bc I didn't get her text last night, I was tired hungry and didn't have any coffee. Not too mention have you ever heard of just going through the motions.
But now... on now I'm in a great mood, got my workout out of the way about to leave the office, concert tonight and nap before hand. YES!!!
