Swam in a lane with a girl much faster than me. Did a few really fast 50's trying to keep up. She was pretty cool about it. Hoping to trade swim lessons for strength and conditioning training. Hee hee.
Head Coach is out of town. I've been in charge the last few days and it's been a blast. I have a tendency to hold back when I'm not leading, I don't want to step on any toes.
Amber's starting to get more continuous. Still working on body position Its working in the drills but not coming together completely in the full stroke.
Trainer listening to CD's. Didn't get enough hydration, but good overall. Suprising after how my legs have felt this week. Maybe it was Blue October.
Ran from stadium down Katy trail and back. Felt strong out slowed few seconds on the way back hamstring feeling tight.
