Ran the campus loop and then did 40" of stadiums. Mentally tougher than physically. Did each stair at the entrances to the field so 4 every loop. With a few extra thrown in when the brain wasn't working.

trainer in the weight room. Legs felt better than I thought they would I think my pelvis etc. is settling after my fall on Friday. Bone still feels bruised and muscles tight but otherwise ok.
