Off Feeling a little worn down. Too much work/train. Not enough food/rest.

Trainer listening to CD's. Didn't get enough hydration, but good overall. Suprising after how my legs have felt this week. Maybe it was Blue October.
Ran from stadium down Katy trail and back. Felt strong out slowed few seconds on the way back hamstring feeling tight.
