spin bike at gym. reading/studying.
Ran on the treadmill to complete with long delay the brick. Not so much a brick as two separate workouts I suppose.
Wrong shoes b/c it's raining and I went from practice, so hammy and IT are saying hello, bit tight, but no where near previous levels of tightness stretched pretty good after.

Ran the campus loop and then did 40" of stadiums. Mentally tougher than physically. Did each stair at the entrances to the field so 4 every loop. With a few extra thrown in when the brain wasn't working.
Got on the water with the team. One of the girls was sick and puking so I got to sub in. Did technique with 20 strokes in between. Tapping, tapping with set ins, set ins with a pull through, and pair acceleration drill x4. Then working on starts.

trainer really light small chain ring just trying to loosen things up. Felt better getting off than I have all day, good thing I did it anyway, I was dreading it.
Just tired from working.
Felt super tired and heavy today. Hard time staying warm in the pool.
Focusing on breathing with Amber.
at Dedman with Barb. Hips sooooooo tight. Had to modify a pose that I couldn't do.

spin bike at the gym while reading Goetz Crime of Self Defense. It's interesting how he sets the setting, but doesn't give all the details till the middle during the trial and after all the legal jargon and position.
Ran on the treadmill before the girls weights session.
