Woke up to hail sounding rain, decided to sleep longer and hit the trainer. Wasn't fun.
One more big week until taper. Hoping to run wednesday. Let's say it's gonna happen, I can run with the pain and I've taken sufficient time off to recover so now it's time to run again.
April 28
Ive been instructed that it would be wise to continue resting my leg and begin running again in a few days. I'm bored and I'm starting to make unwise choices with my eating. Bigger fish to fry.

Row was given news of a looong deployment in the very near future to a not so awesome place. No need to ride tonight as we have lots to talk about and lots to plan.

8am swim, now that's crazy. Straight swim. Road rash on Hand only bothered me for the first zillion laps or so
Flip turns we're out as I've found my hip is still sore frome the fall, calf feels better but we'll see about running on Saturday, must have also hit my shin during the crash as I've found a sweet lump and bruise. I'm a mess, just need to make it to the starting line and everything will be better.
