Hard to work out late at night when Row is home. Going to miss getting to hang out with her (understatement of the year). Swim went well, sallied down each 500 but I think that might have been more from being bored than being tired.

Woke up to hail sounding rain, decided to sleep longer and hit the trainer. Wasn't fun.
One more big week until taper. Hoping to run wednesday. Let's say it's gonna happen, I can run with the pain and I've taken sufficient time off to recover so now it's time to run again.

Ive been instructed that it would be wise to continue resting my leg and begin running again in a few days. I'm bored and I'm starting to make unwise choices with my eating. Bigger fish to fry.

90 degrees at the start 86 at the finish. felt good, didn't bring enough water and didn't feel like stopping. First long run in the Kswiss' and they felt great. No pain.
