Hard to work out late at night when Row is home. Going to miss getting to hang out with her (understatement of the year). Swim went well, sallied down each 500 but I think that might have been more from being bored than being tired.

NO PAIN! Sweet. Took it nice and easy, felt a few "pangs" but no pain.


It was also 88 degrees out. Ice and compression later, longer run later this week. Huge confidence boost going into the last week before taper.

Woke up to hail sounding rain, decided to sleep longer and hit the trainer. Wasn't fun.

One more big week until taper. Hoping to run wednesday. Let's say it's gonna happen, I can run with the pain and I've taken sufficient time off to recover so now it's time to run again.

Ive been instructed that it would be wise to continue resting my leg and begin running again in a few days. I'm bored and I'm starting to make unwise choices with my eating. Bigger fish to fry.
