Good run. Think I may need more cushioning than the kwicky blade-lights give. My feet weren't happy late in the last IM, but they weren't expecting to be out there that long :)

We lost a friend today when our friend lost his son in Afghanistan. Vince was killed in a suicide bombing along with several other soldiers. My friend himself was due to ship over in a few weeks along with my wife. Lots of people over here do not realize or care to realize that this type of thing is a daily occurance. I see news stories about missing cats walking home after a storm but this story doesn't sniff the TV screen. Such a shame. This IS the news. R.I.P. Vince.
