There's extra warmup in there as well, to calibrate the ct. I backed down the power level slightly for the warmup and cool down, and still averaged 225w over the whole workout.

At the office where I work, they like to have "buffet days" when (almost) everyone brings something, and we eat too much all day. So today we're having a "Valentine's buffet". I usually participate but, like today, bring some kind of veggie dish to help offset all the treats. Still snowing outside this morning though, so I didn't mind leaving the bike at home and driving in with my contribution.
