Noon run, sort of. Comfortable pace, though I stopped to stretch a couple of times. Then, with about a km to go, something in the hip or top of the hamstring started feeling worse so I eased back to a walk. I tried a few more short jogs but mostly walked the rest.

This is becoming a real pain in the butt, ... literally!

The back tire was flat on my commute bike this morning so I drove to work.

I'm taking it easy on my right leg today. The calf cramp on the right side from Thursday's swimming is still tender. Then yesterday morning, riding in to work, my bike tire got caught on the edge of the sidewalk and I did a somersault off the bike. I managed to break the screen on another cell phone while I was at it. Doh! That's the 2nd one this summer. I thought I was OK but I either stretched the right hamstring further or bruised it when I landed. So my right leg is sore on both ends and, as much as I need to get the training in, it's not much use right now.

Coming back to add this note: Took a tumble off my bike this morning. The hamstring seemed OK right afterward but later on and in subsequent days it was much worse. I think I must have over-stretched it during the gymnastics, and possibly strained a different part of the hamstring as well since there are several tender points now.
