Noon run, sort of. Comfortable pace, though I stopped to stretch a couple of times. Then, with about a km to go, something in the hip or top of the hamstring started feeling worse so I eased back to a walk. I tried a few more short jogs but mostly walked the rest.
This is becoming a real pain in the butt, ... literally!

Noon run, in the high 20s C. Easy pace and a late start so I cut a smaller loop from near the end of the run.

Noon run, nice running weather but starting to get warmer. Easy pace because I'm still very much aware of the strained hamstring when trying to run.
Road bike ride after work. West on #3 to Fort Macleod and back. A bit windy but otherwise nice, with the headwind on the return trip. Pushed a bit and faded some towards the end, but my hamstring seems fine.
