Instead of riding home at noon I had lunch at work and went for a brisk walk.

Stayed inside again this morning but got on the t-mill again too.

Beginner climbing and belaying course with these guys. The course lasted 3 hours but most of that was spent 'learning the ropes', pun intended. My knee was a bit iffy a couple of times during the climbing but I took it easy and it was mostly OK.
Last Thursday I had a tire going low on the bike. During the commute home, it rolled in a corner and I tumbled a bit. I think I strained something in my left knee so I've been taking it easy since. I tried a short run this morning and it went OK but the knee was complaining a little so I drove to work again instead of riding.
