WTF. Possibly the worst ride I've ever had in my life.
This may have been the worst ride of my life. Last week and this week I felt like someone punched me in my kidneys but this week was even worse. I couldn't get my energy up, my heart rate right, my body just felt awful. I am really worried about my ability to train for this race. I have gone from being one of the quickest riders in the pack to barely pulling a 17.9 mph avg in less than two weeks. I haven't swam either because I try to get up early for it and just don't feel up to it. I'm still sick to my stomach and it's 9 and the ride's been over for an hour and a half....

at least 10' warmup, then 1 mile of 30 footsrikes, each 18-20 seconds, skip back to start. cooldown.
Feeling MUCH better today and much closer to my usual pace.

post-yoga easy z1/2 run - felt more like a death march
Not sure what's wrong with me, but I STILL don't feel good. I was so weak, stiff, sore and tired. I fell ASLEEP during yoga. I did my run just to see how bad I really feel, and the answer is pretty bad.

LCR recovery ride
Tempo run off bike - fastest yet non-racing.
Little chain ring recovery ride, social, with a group I don't get to see very often; then a snappy run just slower than race pace off bike.
Despite my rough week, this is a new pace off the bike non-racing.
