WTF. Possibly the worst ride I've ever had in my life.

This may have been the worst ride of my life.  Last week and this week I felt like someone punched me in my kidneys but this week was even worse. I couldn't get my energy up, my heart rate right, my body just felt awful.  I am really worried about my ability to train for this race.  I have gone from being one of the quickest riders in the pack to barely pulling a 17.9 mph avg in less than two weeks.  I haven't swam either because I try to get up early for it and just don't feel up to it.  I'm still sick to my stomach and it's 9 and the ride's been over for an hour and a half....
