Also did 2x~3min OAB. 1 at low IM pace. 1 at high IM pace. Just wanted to get an idea what speed it equates to (at least for relatively flat and windless conditions)

Can't remember the last time I did any FTP work. Glad to see my FTP isn't down from the last time I tested (early July). Granted it was prob slightly higher (untested) in late Aug. Looking to get one more "bump" before IMAZ.
