Survived the 4-day gauntlet I threw at myself. 160+ miles on the bike and 34mi of running...all in the heat. Really happy with how the legs felt on the bike yesterday. Running wasn't perfect, but certainly solid given the conditions. Certainly heat/humidity acclimated now:)

Finally broke 200mi on the bike for a week (first time this year) and second week of 44mi of running.

Ready for compression wear and taper. Then hopefully I can go really really fast on Sunday.
