Easy run. Hurt foot by falling off ladder today. Left heel feels funny. Need to take it easy for a few days.

Was Tyler's birthday.  Had 3.5 pieces of Pizza for dinner along with some cake & ice cream.  Burped up the pizza during the run.  Other than this, I ate good today.
