Easy run with the dogs along the dike and then to Foster & back. I think they ran the first mile in a 7 minute mile pace, but quickly slowed from there!

Fitness level stands at about 2 hours. After that threshold the fatigue begins to really set in. I plan on spending the next month or two on pushing that threshold closer to 4-5 hours......I also mixed in a few 5 minutes hard - 5 minutes normal into the session to help improve muscle strength and response.
I decided to shake off the congestion and rust from being sick all weekend with a head cold. No better way than a nice long bike session.
