Not the longest or best worktout. I just wanted to get my lungs and heart pumping a little faster, but not over extend myself. My chest is still pretty filled, which made the high tempo and resistance section more challenging.

A pretty good swim workout. I felt strong most of the session, and I'm beginning to feel more energy and strength from the taper!

250 cool-down
I finally got the extra bike setup on the trainer, and put in a very easy 20 minute test run.

After screwing around for an hour and a half trying to fix a flat tire on my spare bike, only to pop the tube while inflating it, I decide to put in a tempo-based run.
Hard 2 miles
Moderate pace the remaining portion.
Mile 1: 7 min 28 sec
Mile 2: 7 min 11 sec
Mile 3: 8 min 05 sec
Mile 3.75: 7 min 45 sec mile pace

What an aweful run. I felt like crap. The pace and fartlek pickups were okay, but I felt like I had to put twice the effort in during the entire session.
