Consumed too much junk food this weekend and felt like crap the entire time. Lunch almost made a reappearance with about 1/2 mile to go.
Run with the dogs until I unexpectedly hit a pot-hole and jarred my back. I knew it was only a matter of time that I would hit a pot-hole while running in the dark.
