Spinervals 16.0, did just over the first hour (workout is 80 mins long). Stopped mainly because my knees and ankles were really uncomfortable; felt like they were wearing out or something.
Much better than Monday. Run/walk ratio of 2:20/2:40

Best pace (sprint - downhill) 7:04 mins/mile

Well, flippy flop swim didn't happen today. Was going to go after school, but we had to stop to pick up supplies for Rachel's science project. I had hoped to go to the J pool (it stays open until 9:45), but Ross got tied up with his last appointment. So it was spinny spin bike. Still hoping to get swimmy in a few times this week (might be Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun. Not ideal, but a mom's gotta do what a mom's gotta do.)

Spinervals Fitness 1.0. My knees started feeling a little odd - a tad tired or something. Not exactly sure.
Overcast, cool, and slightly humid -- nice running weather. Felt sluggish the whole run, probably because I hadn't done anything all weekend. Run/walk ratio: 2:15/2:45.

Another day off, unintended.
I had hoped to go to the JCC pool to swim and let the girls play in the playground. Well, it's been raining all day, and Becca had a bad cough and some trouble with her ear. In fact, we had to take her to Urgent Care this afternoon and it turns out that she has an ear infection. Antibiotics for the next 10 days.
So, nada yesterday, nada today. I think I made the mistake on Friday. I was going to swim after work, but came home so that the girls and I could see Ross for a few minutes before he went on his appointment. That wasn't the mistake; the mistake was not substituting a bike workout that evening. I feel like I've lost a little focus that I had during the week and if I had made that substitution, I might have had the momentum to continue with something during the weekend. Oh well, lesson learned.
And, tomorrow is run in the morning!

Overslept this AM and had to decide whether to be rushed this morning, or haul out of the house tomorrow, a day where I don't work. Opted for the rush this morning and ran, showered, got the girls and myself out the door and to school/work on time. (Now can I go back to bed??)
Upped the run/walk ratio to 2:10/2:50; next Monday I'll go to 2:15/2:45. (Can you tell I like playing with my Garmin?)
Swimmy this PM? Maybe, it's going to depend on family stuff. If not, then swimmy tomorrow.
Nope, no swimmy today, needed to get home. Think I'll do the strength training from tomorrow tonight, then swimmy manana.
