Short term goals
1. Finish IM Louisville 2009

For 2010:

1)  Strengthen hamstrings, calves, knee. 

2) Keep legs flexible every day. 

3) Do what physical therapist told me to do for my knee every day. 

4) Try to find a coach in Peoria.

5) Start running similar to what I did in 2008.

6) Pay attention to the road, and DO NOT CRASH........... NOT ONCE!!

7) Finish an IM as strong as I can.
Long term goals
3. Qualify or win lottery for Kona! (Yeah, really, really, long term goal!)
