I now have something to do.

Ran after spin
Just walking prior to strong.
Strong Class and stretching
I woke up with some tightness in my neck. I guess this is a result of falling asleep on the couch. I'll try to get this worked out today.
A little later will be spin class followed by a 30 min run. Later, I'll try a swim providing the pool is open tonight.
I entered Shelley and I into the NYC Marathon lottery. We will find out in mid June. We are also going to run Chicago in Oct. If selected for NYC, I may pass on Chicago. We'll see
2:00 pm
Spin class this morning followed by a run on the tready. Not the best but got it done. I have some minor aches and pains today including the aforementioned neck stiffness.
Indoor pool still closed. I was told it was a chemical imbalance. Uh Yeah! I'm thinking of some strong tonight.
April 21
The plan called for a swim of 1hr and 15 min. I got to the gym and found the indoor pool still closed (and cloudy).
I went outside and the water was cold. I spent about 15 mins trying to get acclimated to the water. It did not help that it was breezy outside. I finally got in and started my warmup. Still cold and decided it just was not meant to be for today.
I then spent about 10 min in the hot tub.
April 20
stopped for a phone call. This slowed progress
Training plan called for two 60 min bike rides followed by 25 min runs. I parked at the Riparian preserve so that I would have a nice central location for both. For the bike, I went east on Guadalupe until I hit 30 mins and turned around. This took me to Ellsworth on lap 1 and Crismon on lap 2. For the run, I ran the canal from Guadalupe to Elliott and back.
I spotted lots of critters today. The one that stood out was a Blue Heron my house. There were several white cranes at the preserve. I also saw this huge Longhorn bull. You just can't see this stuff indoors.
I was actually a little chilly on the ride this morning and could not help but wonder how different IMAZ would have been if it was today. I mean it is flat out gorgeous.
April 19
Today has turned into a rest day. I thought about riding wih Tanya, Chris and Aaron at usery but saw that my plan called for bike/run brick. So, I'll do that tomorrow.
I may do some core work a little later.
April 18
740 calories.
A little toasty out there.
I did quite a bit yesterday.
1) I took the bike to Paragon for a fitting. The seat was lowered, stem lowered and aerobars adjusted. We'll see how that works.
2) Swam out to the far buoys at Saguaro. I did one lap and then two laps of the inner buoys. I actually felt pretty good out there. I was able to get in a nice pace. Just maybe the Masters swimming is starting to pay off.
3) I ran the hill to Bush highway after the swim. This was a first for me.
I think I may run today.
The weekend is here.
