Ran 20 minute warm up then did 5 repeats of playground running/climbing/jumping w/ 1/3 mile loop around path in between (kept watch running so actual running pace is probably around 11:00). Trying to find some innovative ways to train for 'urban obstacle course' in the Amped Up Adventure Race I'm signed up for since there's no indication of what the obstacles will be!
