I was happy with my swim, it was the longest swim I have had in awhile, been doing alot more drills, so I wanted to see how my endurance was. I started getting some calve cramps near the end of my swim, but other than that, I felt great!

felt good after the Warrior Dash, good swim, had some fast sets
This month I have pretty much not hit my goals as far as mileage, but some of the circumstances could not be avoided (with al the burglaries, early morning responses and all night surveillances I did) so I am going to make the most of it and concentrate on the remaining days an dmaking sure all the workouts count! Only 27 days until my race!
I had so much fun at the Warriro Dash this weekend. I ran it with my wife and we had a blast! I can;t wait to do it again and take my boys next time!
