Today's schedule calls for a S/B/R. I was able to knock out the swim this morning and I felt pretty good. the wife and kids are going to a movie this afternoon, which should give me plenty of time to knock out my ride/run brick. 18 mile ride and a 4.6 mile run. it is going to be tough, but I am looking forward to it. MIM is just around the corner!
