Another confidence builder! A 3 hour trainer ride is no joke to me. I was up at 4:30 on a SAT and hitting it by 5 AM. It felt good.
Tomorrow maybe a different story as I am suppose to do a long run before church, so we will see how that goes. I would like to do at least 10, but I am scheduled for 15.

Scheduled rest day today and needed. I am tired. I have had a great month so far, and still have a another good week of training before my race, so I should be ready. All this work for a half makes me wonder about doing a full! Where will I find the time? Anyways, going to enjoy this race, hopefully come out with a new HIM PR and enjoy that weekend.
Big miles coming up this weekend. 60 mile ride and 15 mile run. Let's hope I get them all in!
