Didn't use a timer just ran/walked short spurts making sure to never let the pain fully set into the leg. Really enjoyed being outside for a 'run'

Now it is off to be a Grandma for a few days!!!!

Decided to just run this morning and not do any swimming. Was very fatigued but I did get some quality in this workout. The fatigue stayed with me all day so I am skipping the evening workout.

Worman's mill hood after work. 86 degrees. Today was the Boston marathon. Not good for Rick and jeff in the heat. Back/leg just doesn't like the hard surface. At times I felt ok but overall way too much pain.

Trail run from Hamburg Rd
Love it when Larry leads the run. His pace is perfect for me. Took an 800mg ibuprofin this morning and the leg did OK. Felt pretty fatigued at times and the climbs were hard. The last mile I actually felt good. A couple of stops for to regroup and make sure we had everyone but they don't do a run/walk. Overall a very good outing for me.

A bike ride!!
Took Giant out, had no idea what to expect. Discovered that I'm definately not in cycling shape and that Frederick is much hillier than Raleigh. Of course, I already knew both of those things. I has been a long time since I've been on a bike so I just kicked back and chilled.

Utica Park down Old Frederick to Thurmont and back. Beautiful day for a ride.

Back in the pool. Walked the villa loop (~2.4 miles) with Craig last night and the leg was very painful so decided today would be pool. Would really like to try a trail run tomorrow morning.
