Nieghborhood run from Craig's house. Did a lap on the single track but lost the trail and had to back track. Stayed on the road after that. Leg was very stiff so threw in a lot of power walking on this. First mile was 13:42 while lost in the woods so the average isn't quite as bad as it looks.

3 hour run in Umstead with Craig. Wow this run did me good. Started on Turkey from Ebenezer, turned R on Greylan and went onto the single track for several miles. Came back to bridle trail at an hour and a half. On the single track we ran straight thru but stuck to the 3:1 on the bridle trail. At two and a half hours the leg was to the point where I would have had to take some ibuprofin if I didn't know that I only had 30min left to run. Overall this was an outstanding run.

Nice and easy from Craig's house in Raleigh. Even found a small single track loop that I ran several times. Plan is to try for a three hour run tomorrow. Have my fingers crossed.

Not much time so picked up the pace. Garmin decided not to pick up a satellite so I'm guessing at distance. Sure I actually went further then this.

Worman's mill hood
Didn't do the villas loop this morning.decided to just run stayed in my half of the hood and just went up and down streets. Felt wonderful for the first 30 min by 35 the leg was hurting and my mind was wanting to walk. Never pushed the pace at all just chilling out jogging type of a run. Kept it up until 45 min then walked the last 5 min.

Appt with chiro yesterday was good really like her we'll see what she can do for me.

Back at home in the neighborhood.
A short walk to start this then steady run the entire way. Only 36 degrees but I kind of enjoyed the cool air knowing that it will be among the last of it that we get.

Seen chiropractor today. Really liked her and have hopes that she can help me.

From ricks house. Same run down the dirt road that I did the other day. Added some on at the end to round out the hour. Walked the first two minutes and the last two minutes. Ran everything else. This was just a nice easy relaxed run.

Back to maryland today.
