One More Mile

felt odd to be in the pool actually swimming. Just 30min of up and down the lane with quite a few quick breaks. Didn't feel as awkward as I sometimes do after not swimming for a while. Did get tired easily.
and the pool running continues. Tomorrow I will put a shoe on for the first time in a week and I will try to do some lite hiking. I'm sure it will cause the blisters to pop but I think they have had enough time to heal that it shouldn't be too big of a problem.

Yeah, I'm finally logging something. Yoga was a bit too much. Each day I've been finding new things that just don't quite feel right. The two biggest that may actually become a problem are inner thigh on left leg and outer quad on right leg, make that three cuz I'd better add the left glute. They were quite painful attempting the yoga so kept it light and only did a bit. Upward Dogs definately had to be done with the toys curled under, not laying those big old blisters on the floor.
Then decided to do the ab workout. Haven't done this in a long time (shame on me) so I actually did better than I thought I would.

Popped the blisters and put shoes on my feet for the first time in a week! They did really good. No pain from the feet. The legs are still tender. Went to the Manor Area, ran along the creek a bit then ascended Bob's Hill. Ran most of the way down which I really felt in the quads.
Beautiful day out. A nice hike/jog was exactly what the doctor ordered. Mentally at least.
Did the flexible warrior today rather than the P90X, a bit more gentle. Left side is pretty trashed, glute, hip, all the way down the leg to numbness in the foot, and through in some tenderness in the inner thigh to just for kicks.
Ab Ripper again. Yep I'm feeling it. Haven't worked abs in a long time. Always pay the price after being lazy.
