Ahhhh new single track. Prince William state park. Checked out some of the trail from the night time fifty miler. It was great! During the day that is. Will be challenging at night when tired.

Bad news on yesterday's injection. The whole leg hurts like heck. Decided I was going to run anyway. I'll pay the price later. Sure hope this thing settles down. It is definitely worse than pre injection.

Today's workout was 1 hour pool running, 1 hour swimming, 1 hour pool running.
Started swimming and did 1600 meters straight. I was right at 38 minutes. by this time I had to pee and was very cold so I took about a 9.5 min break went in the locker room to go to the bathroom and stepped into the sauna for a few minutes. Came back and did another 800.
