The word 'leisurely' rarely applies to anything I do, but today I decided to relax and enjoy my ride. The air must have been extremely calm, because I still averaged a good speed, and my legs are not fatigued at all! Weird.

Man, rolling my leg was like a miracle. There has been no pain in that spot since. Thank the Lord! The other two spots are also pain free, so the rest seems to be paying off. I am enrouraged!
