Plan was to get in my long run today. My legs where heavy and I had nothing to put into it. Very strange after a easy day yesterday. So I turned it into a easy short recovery run.
Solo ride to Kiser Lake and Piqua. Road with race helmet and new disk cover. Had a hard time getting the HR to come up. Legs really had nothing in them today.
