10:00AM Speed work- pushed hard and had a hard time getting the HR to come up.
9:30AM Hill work. Five loops of the hill next to my house. I was ready to quite after the 2nd one. I am so tired I feel I could just sleep all day.
10:00AM 8 loops of gearhart hill.
7:30AM Did a few kick sets at the end.
10:15AM Last long run before my race. Knees started hurting around mile 8. Great effort on today's run. I was able to get the HR up and keep it there.
