Well the weight dropped to 166 this morning. My target is to get back to my fit weight of 155 to 160. I started at 180. Now that the summer is here and my training is up to 15 hrs per week I expect this weight to drop off over the next month or so. I need to train at the lower weight to re-establish my HR zones.
Missed time to swim because of meetings, so I ran instead.

DAY OFF: so I took the work day off as well. My fourth son Patrick is having is Eagle Scout Ceremony this Sunday and his three older brothers will be in for the event. They all have their Eagle Scout and I as well have mine. You could say we are a flock of Eagles.....
