Very slow long run. ~80 degrees and middle of the day (sunny). Basically ran the whole thing - two 1 minute walk breaks and 10-20 second walk and water breaks every 5 minutes.

Lots of factors: didn't start running til 11:45 AM, so I hit the very sunny part of a fairly warm day. Also did 3 miles last night, instead of yesterday morning, so my legs were definitely feeling that. I think all my times are going to go up now that it's warmer out, but I think some of it's also getting used to running back to back on the weekends.

My right calf started pulling slightly but not enough to really notice. My times were all off - even though I thought I was going faster, apparently I wasn't. I think during the third lap I did the first few minutes faster then the last 6 or 7 minutes slower, so it ended up with a slower average. But I definitely thought I was going faster than that, especially the last lap, so I don't know what that was. Maybe just a tough run, maybe I'm just out of practice. It was also much warmer than I thought it was. I think I'm definitely going to have to start running in the morning.
