My legs hurt yesterday but in a good way. Those kicking drills on Wed, really tore my legs apart. I am happy with this weeks effort, a well deserved rest day! :)
Big ride coming tomorrow, the 1st time ever that I have ridden 100km+, I have come close but never over.

Hot Start Intervals
w/u: 800m : 17.20
main: 200m hard (15 sec rest) 6 x 200 (10 sec)
w/d: 100m hard kick
I found it hard and looked for any excuse to stop but managed it and felt good towards the end.
** Note to self **
- No more running in Orthotics, leave for normal shoes due to blisters in instep. (maybe try new Velcro)
I set out for a longer run, hence the slower pace but due to above note, I had to stop short.
