I will get onto the race report ASAP, as you can see I didn't have a good run, suffered some pretty bad blisters on my feet. So, minus the extra 10 mins on the run, I was on target time, maybe a little slow on the swim but that's ok.

My sons' 6th birthday today, we spent all day doing stuff, going shopping, gymnastics, party at the park, swimming and dinner at Hillarys.
