Woke up with a killer sinus migraine this morning, no training at all today.

** Brick Session **
40km: Cadence 85 - 100rpm
w/u: 20 min @ RPE 2
main: 5 x 60 second accelerations spaced 5 minutes apart.
cd: remainder of ride @ RPE 2
** Will have to change last section to RPE 3, then last few km's to RPE 2. **
** Brick Session **
Try to negative split each half, that is run the 2nd half faster than the 1st half.
** My foot started to niggle, so walked home, pulled up fine. **
