21.7 mph! Surprising given 230 avg watts altho aero wheels helped (no aero helmet tho). Stayed at goal for intervals. Careful to not let watts spike too much on hills, while maintaining watts within overall goal. Pretty tired at end altho a little energy in tank as raced a guy for about 7 miles - it was fun.
