Run from RAC on trail up to Douglas trail head. Ran north till GPS said 6 miles, turn and went back same way.
Had Hammer Espresso when I turned around.
Pyramid 300, 200, 100 with 50 fast in between. Did two sets. Warm up was 600 meters.

E1-E3 ride on QR. 34 to 9, up to 16, over to 5, down to Byron then back to Kasson on 34. 34 out about a mile toward DC then back home.

Time in z3 is misleading. I did a few stretches which fluxd between z2 and 3, but time only accumulates if in zone for a minute straight.
