Endurance ride w/some climbing on South 14

Training ride with Paul Walton's Southwest Cycling group! Beautiful day!! Ascended 2438 feet today, and the climbing came more easily. Getting my lungs and legs back slowly but surely. Lost a contact on the descent! Had backup glasses for that contingency, and got back too it. Cyclometer mount broke too. Ogled a Giant Defy w/Ultegra. Nice. It may have a new daddy in a coupla days.

On Fluid Trainer

Quickie fluid trainer session. It SNOWED here and the scheduled group ride was cancelled. Only way to hit the training target. Used the old Spinervals Hillacious DVD. I don't hate Troy Jacobson, but it is motivation to get outside and ride!
