had to have my run done by 9 am so hubby could leave the house by 9:10. started a little earlier than usual but felt pretty good. this went by fast. off to bakers wife and the park with the kiddo.

definitely have residual fatigue still in my legs from half marathon last weekend. just not much snap there. only did 1 lap around nokomis, just wanted something short and sweet and didn't want to let a nice day slip by without a run.
lunch time run with the gang at work. still sore from Saturday! apparently after running a very hilly muddy half marathon trail race sitting in a hot tub and drinking wine is not a good recovery plan :)
