Monday - September 2

Back from camping. We hit Sisters Bakery on the way home around noon and I got a maple bacon bar. We also picked up some jalapeno cheese sticks and a loaf of cinnamon bread. After having the donut and later a cheese stick, and finally one end slice of cinnamon bread, I felt like crap. Don't know if it was too much white flour or what, so bloated and miserable, I didn't eat anything for dinner.

Was supposed to do a 40 min run but decided to have a rest day since I felt like crap and we got in a lot of exercise the day before.

Beautiful ride on Aufderheide Scenic Byway. We'll have to plan to do the whole ride one of these times, lots of climbing, but very scenic through the woods along the river.

Reservoir was really low so there were only a few boats, great paddling for us though! Paddled across the reservoir to a beach area and swam for awhile then paddled to the other end of the lake.
