Spin Class
Just tennis & painting this weekend. Friday nights match was horrendous. I have no idea what happened, we lost 6-2, 6-0. Saturday morning was much better, came back from being down 3-5 in the first set to win 7-5, 6-2. Sunday, singles was pretty good also.
It looked like i had plenty of time to finish putting on the second coat of paint before tennis @ 5pm on sunday. I opened up the second can of paint i had purchased in the morming around 3:30 to discover it was the wrong color. I went down to home depot, they did some magic (or math) to fix the color. Got back at 4:00 and finished painting around 4:45! I ended up being about 10 minutes late for tennis, but was happy not to have to finish painting when i got home (just cleaning up).
Monday, Monday, Monday. Tonite, i'm going to head to the gym. Probably weights and running unless i can somehow get into a spin class.

When i'm not playing tennis, i'll be painting.
I'd really like to get a swim in at some point, but i don't really see it happening right now.
Usually it's either Friday night (rockin' friday night at the pool) or Sunday afternoon.
If I don't finish at least all of the walls this weekend, i'm not going to be happy!

After warming up, got the rolling hills program setup for 30 minutes @level 3 (max incline was 2%).
Did the standard 5' cool down with the program.
Stretched and did some abs.
